Pilot Services, Inc. was formed in 1998 supplying cabling and wiring, and telephone installation and maintenance services to major telecommunications providers. Since our inception, we have grown into a network of over 2500 technicians that specialize in delivering telephone and network management solutions throughout the United States. These services include hardware installation (routers, modems, switches, servers, phone systems), cabling and wiring, maintenance, and project management.
Our relationship with our technicians is what truly drives our unique business model in the telecommunications industry. They are committed, qualified, experienced and dedicated to their profession. Many times they are asked to go above and beyond the call of duty to get a customer back on line.
In 2008 Pilot embarked on a new path in data storage and recovery. We have teamed up with UbiStor to deliver state-of-the-art, online backup and recovery solutions designed for any customer who understands that data management IS risk management.
Also in 2008 we have teamed up with n-1 Technologies to offer leasing programs to our customers.
Finally, we have added reconditioned telecommunications and data equipment.
